Chase grew up in Mustang, Oklahoma with North Texas roots, spending most of his summer breaks playing baseball or with his grandparents on their small ranch in Whitesboro, TX. His Dad was in the oil business for over 40 years and they moved to The Woodlands, TX in 1998. Chase went on to graduate from Texas A&M University with a bachelors of Animal Science and Minor in Agricultural Economics. He represented The Aggies on the Rugby Field for five years where he captained numerous sides and served as a club officer. After graduating Chase continued his rugby career in Sumner, New Zealand and joined the Aggie coaching staff from 2010 until he moved in 2018. He served as VP of Old Maroon, the Aggie Rugby Alumni Association for seven years. Chase credits his experience developing a team culture and life-long relationships within Aggie Rugby as the foundation for which his career success is built on.

He started a career in the service industry in 2010 to support his traveling rugby habit. This led Chase to an opportunity in managing a popular bar and restaurant in the Bryan/College Station area. During that time, he decided to pursue a career in real estate and obtained his real estate license in 2013. He has completed a variety of transactions representing landlords, tenants, buyers and sellers. Chase moved to Fort Worth in 2018 to continue his career in the hospitality industry as a manager at a local restaurant, develop his real estate career, along with an excuse to return to those North Texas roots. He later moved on to help open a hotel in the Stockyards as the Beverage Manager overseeing F&B operations and staff. His dedication to relationships inside the industry has helped to build a strong network of local vendors, brands, businesses, and other professionals in the Dallas-Fort Worth Area.

Chase brings years of knowledge as a F&B operator to the already well versed Commercial Team at Northern Crain Realty. His commitment to self development and a service first mindset contribute to the overall client experience. He enjoys working with and supporting local businesses to help grow the Fort Worth community. He is very family-oriented and looking forward to growing his own with his fiancée Ali. They enjoy exploring new spots in town, traveling, and rooting for The Aggies with friends. Chase currently serves as a board member on The Fort Worth A&M Club and from time to time he can still be found on a Rugby Pitch.
