Cynthia Sturns entered the real estate industry in Fort Worth in the Spring of 2018. A long-time resident, she embodies the independent spirit of Fort Worth. With that thought in mind, it was not a surprise that she chose an independent brokerage, Northern Realty Group, as her home. At NRG, she further developed her management and organizational skills that she acquired in her previous profession as an executive assistant. Cynthia’s main focus is ensuring the needs of her clients are met at every stage.

Specializing in First-Time homebuyers, clients love Cynthia because she walks with them in the home-buying process. A believer in the saying “Knowledge is Power”, Cynthia feels that the more informed her clients are of the process, the more confident they will be about their decisions. With that in mind, Cynthia empowers her clients to ask questions and shares her knowledge and expertise.

Cynthia is proud to be a part of the Northern Crain Realty family. Having formed personal friendships with the founding brokers, Cynthia believes that Northern Crain’s mission of dedication to client’s success aligns with her personal goals.

Cynthia values the importance of education and continuing her real estate knowledge. In addition to maintaining the industry standards, Cynthia is eager to increase her knowledge to better serve her clients. She is proud to assist active and retired military personal as a designated Military Relocation Professional. She is working on achieving her Graduate Realtor Institute designation in 2020.

The importance of education is a running theme in Cynthia’s private life. In addition to being an active volunteer at Fort Worth Country Day where her sons graduated, Cynthia has been an active supporter of Cristo Rey Catholic High School since the idea was first considered in 2014. A regular volunteer with the administrative departments, she is also a vocal advocate in spreading the message and recruiting corporate partners to provide financial support. Cynthia and her husband Robert are enjoying their new life as empty-nesters and look forward to welcoming their sons back to Fort Worth after they have finished their college education.
