John Laudenslager

John Laudenslager is a Fort Worth native to the bone. After graduating from Paschal Highschool, he went on to get a BSBM from Texas Christian University, and then a Master of Business Administration MBA from the University of Texas Arlington. John’s extensive professional journey has taken him through the food and beverage industry, higher education, the nonprofit sector, and finally to commercial real estate.

John got started in real estate when he purchased his first home as an investment back when he was in his twenties. While he has spent time pursuing other careers, he always kept an eye on the market. The few real estate investments that John made were so impactful, he left his position as Executive MBA Recruiter for UT Arlington to pursue real estate full-time.

John employs his strength in communication and integrity to serve the Fort Worth area in commercial real estate with a strong interest in industrial investment properties. John knows that real estate is one of the most important aspects of personal and financial well-being, and his goal is to bring the success he experienced in his personal life to others, providing his clients with a stress-free experience along the way.

John takes pride in the breadth and depth of his professional experience and education. In addition to his university education achievements, John holds the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation, the Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) designation, and the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation as well as years’ worth of awards in sales and sales management. John has received more real estate training than over 85% of realtors which gives him the insights not only to handle real estate transactions but also to offer professional advice and consultation to achieve the best outcomes for his clients.

John gives back to his hometown every chance he gets, including co-founding and leading as President and Vice President at Brothers Keepers and being a member of the Rotary Club of Fort Worth, Leadership Fort Worth, and North Texas LEAD.

When John isn’t studying market trends or meeting with clients, you’ll find him in his kitchen cooking up a storm or exploring new business ideas and building something new. With a furry friend by his side, being a dog dad is his second job, loving every second of it.
